A simulator for testing classroom seating arrangements before your students walk in.

Sketch your roomPick a preset, or use Edit Room to drag corners and reshape any polygon. The yellow FRONT marker shows which way students face.

Drop in desks & obstaclesEight desk shapes including round, hex, and triangle. Add the smart board, teacher desk, bookshelves — auto-arrange routes students around them.

Roster, conflicts, accommodationsPaste your roster. Mark pairs that can't sit together. Right-click a student to flag a front-row need. Auto-Arrange handles the rest.

Tips

Pan the room: two-finger swipe on the canvas, or click-and-drag on empty space.
Duplicate a desk: double-click it.
Rotate a desk: click the rotate button to snap +45°, or click-and-drag it for free rotation.
In Edit Room mode, click the green dots on walls to add corners. Right-click a corner to remove it.
Drag the yellow FRONT marker to whichever wall students face. Auto-Arrange seats front-row-flagged students closest to it.
Hold Shift while dragging the rotate button to snap to 15°.
Save a layout by name (Layouts button), then load it next year — or export to a JSON file to share.
Right-click a student name to toggle their front-row flag.
